Vital Sole Reflexology is rooted in the belief that the body is interconnected and that every part of the body deserves care and attention. Through reflexology for the feet, hands, and face, we work with specific reflex points that correspond to systems and structures throughout the body, encouraging relaxation, balance, and the body's natural restorative processes.
