Our classes are not labeled as beginner, amateur or novice. We choose to utilize the principles that every class is a beginning class. You work from your personal space,remembering,that yoga meets you where you are. Stay on your mat! If you simply must have that need for power,strength and stamina met, then the Tuesday's class is for you. Soon our infamous "Duck Butter" will return.
Our yoga classes typically are one hour long and always include a warm-up and relaxation. We have loaner yoga mats, however, we strongly encourage your to bring your own. Yoga mat cleaner is also available for your use before and after class.

VIRTUAL CLASSES
Magical Movement 5 Week series VIRTUAL: Our on-going series, 3 days a week (M,W,F), registration opens for the next series on the 5th week. One week break is taken and the new series will start following the break. Learn more about the Magical Movement Classes.
Gentle Yoga (Stretch and Balance) VIRTUAL: Starting with a gentle warm up from head to toe we energize the blood moving through the body with postures that promote flexibility and range of motion. You are encouraged to stay present and be kind to your body. This class is for everyone. Great class to start your practice. Monday’s at 6:30 p.m.
Yoga Detox A.K.A "Swan Butta VIRTUAL : Yoga classes can be very gentle and relaxing this is one is NOT….well at the end it is, but you would have earned it. We relax very well! It’s Bliss. You gotta experience it. We emphasize deep breathing and physical postures that can create a cardio workout all the while utilizing yoga moves and mindset. We don’t leave any body part out especially the core. This class is geared toward people who enjoy a physical challenge and like to explore the body’s capacity for strength. Recommended for those ready give the cardiovascular, respiratory, and lymphatic system a good flush. Prior yoga experience is good but not necessary ,however, the focus is to “rev” up the engine but modifications will be offered so everyone can work at their own pace. We incorporate blocks, weights and straps from time to time. This class is a slightly toned down version of our original "Duck Butta" Tuesday’s at 9AM
Ebb, Flow & Rest VIRTUAL: heals and restores balance by restoring our natural capacity for self-healing mentally. Yoga Therapy addresses our health on all levels with asana, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. Yoga Therapy classes are helpful for stress reduction and incorporate the healing aspects of Yoga. The last few minutes of class is the practice of Yoga Nidra the practice of “Alert Sleep” we rest fully and completely while releasing tension and reducing stress through pranayama or breath work and a brief meditation to experience deep relaxation and rest while students are in shavasana (corpse). until returning to our upright posture to close the session. Thursday’s 9 AM & Thursday @ 6:30 p.m.
My Yoga Works 4 Me VIRTUAL: Your Yoga will work for you if you Work it! In a My Yoga Works class, not only will you explore the timeless teachings, but you will also experience the awareness-relationship and responsibility to take ownership of your practice. Each class is taught with the principles of acceptance and adaptation. Poses are creatively adapted to serve every student’s potential and journey into their own embodiment. The healing aspects of Yoga are emphasized throughout the class and the teachings complement the philosophy of being fully present while surrendering to your strengths and weaknesses. Saturday’s @ 9 AM
Pause and Pace 4 Peace Breathing/ Meditation VIRTUAL : A great (learn by doing) introduction to meditation and empowering techniques of the breath. Learn how to bring discipline to the body first then the mind. Everything starts and stops with the breath. The discipline of the body and the mind begins with proper breathing. Learn the pattern and live the flow. Meditation is how the hidden inner values evolve from within us all. Meditation class is Friday at 6:30 p.m. This is a donation based class.
IN-PERSON
We are bringing our in-person classes slowly. Our studio is ready to host classes again. It's been a long time coming but we are ready.
Our first two class are held at 11AM Monday & Friday, Our I need my body classes utilizing our new B'Me Yoga Therapy Method is sure to be a great way to return to your practice. These classes are clinical in nature, meaning we will address current issues and talk through challenging postures and find the best method to serve you right now in your bodies current space.
I Need My Body, My Body Needs Me IN-PERSON : MONDAY & FRIDAY at 11 AM. One of our first class to welcome students back to work on the mat. These classes are designed to empower and encourage the body to meet you where you are, being mindful of any pre-existing conditions.
