Virtual Magical Movements Classes

Welcome to our Virtual Magical Movements—a year-round Breath + Brain + Body Maintenance series designed to help you establish a practical and sustainable wellness routine right from the comfort of your own home. Ideal for individuals and families, these virtual sessions offer convenience without compromising effectiveness.

Our virtual classes focus specifically on Safely Achieving Practical Movements for Health Online. We guide you carefully and mindfully, emphasizing the importance of listening to your body as you progress. Through consistent participation, you'll experience improvements in strength, flexibility, range of motion, stamina, and overall endurance—tailored to your unique needs and abilities.

Class Structure and Schedule

Each series runs for 5 weeks with a one-week break between series.

Registration opens during the 5th week of the current series for the upcoming session.
All virtual session happen on our "selfcare" platform @ https://ourselfcare.org.

All registered participants receive an access link upon completion of registration.

Class Selection and RSVP:

Locate "Magical Movement Class Series" on the left-hand column.

RSVP to receive reminder emails and easily add classes to your calendar.

Complete Payment:

Single Day Selection: $35/week (Example: attending Wednesday classes only).

Single Drop-in Class: $8 per class (Magical Movement 4 Vitality classes only).
