Our Virtual Magical Movements classes are our year-round Breath + Brain + Body Maintenance series. Think about establishing a practical maintenance plan for yourself and family. One that you can practice in the comforts of your home.

Yeah, we know for some it's not the same as in-person but most have come to the realization that virtual classes not only can work but work very well.
The main focus of our successful online classes are Safely Achieving Practical Movements for Health Online.

Our methods will safely guide you through movements, while reminding you to listen to your body as you experience the growth of your practice. Your growing practice will yield strength, flexibility, range of motion, stamina and endurance on every or difference levels for YOU.

Registration starts the 5th week of the current series for the next series.
